We are so confident with the quality of all wôdǝr technology that we are offering a lifetime warranty (10 years) that will cover you if anything ever goes wrong. No questions asked.

1. Warranty Coverage:

wôdǝr provides a lifetime warranty coverage for the hydrojet™ Hydrogen Water Bottle.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
The warranty extends for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

2. What is Covered:

Defects in materials or workmanship that result in the inability to use the hydrojet™ Hydrogen Water Bottle as intended.
Malfunctions of the hydrogen generation system or other essential components.
Structural defects that compromise the integrity or functionality of the bottle.

3. What is Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
Damage resulting from improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage.
Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than those intended or recommended by wôdǝr.

4. Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact wôdǝr Customer Service at hello@mywoder.com
You will be required to provide proof of purchase
wôdǝr reserves the right to assess the claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.
If the claim is approved, wôdǝr will send you a new hydrojet™ bottle for no extra cost.

7. Transferability:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the hydrojet™ Hydrogen Water Bottle and is not transferable.
